I went to ISS to have the sensors replaced in my tires. I had taken my car to 2 other places that had been unable to fix the problem. My husband had a 1990 Volvo 240 DL that he kept in mint condition that he had serviced there years ago before selling it, and he mentioned them to me as a possible option for the repair. They fixed the issue, but on my way home from the shop, the "check tire sensor system" light came back on. I immediately called them upon getting home, and they made arrangements to provide me Uber transportation back home when I returned my vehicle the next day. They worked on the problem for 2 days, making it right, and then sent another Uber to get me to pick up my car when they were satisfied that there repair was complete. THAT is impressive service!

I loved how I got a detailed text of the services provided, and the needs of what my automobile needed , and the price to complete all services. Also services were done in a timely matter. And as expected everything was done in a professional manner. That is why I chose to come back. It drives and handles better than when I brought it in. Need to put a sign where you enter the shop and cut back some of the trees, or customers can pass right by. Over rating from me is a 10. Michael Jenkins
